Review from a Boston based actor and improvisor.

"Mac’s unmatched warmth and enthusiasm make him a natural coach but the real work, the clarity and precision of his notes and direction make him an outstanding one. I feel liberated in an audition room after a session with Mac because of the thoughtful, rigorous work we do together. Mac creates a safe, encouraging environment for me to take risks and make my own discoveries. I’ve been coming to Mac with pieces for four years, and I’ve no plans to stop!"

Review from a mother of two students.

“I am incredibly grateful for the unwavering support and guidance that Mac has provided to my 17-year-old daughter. Mac's expertise played a pivotal role in preparing her for her school's Shakespeare competition, resulting in a victory and subsequent advancement as a state finalist in the English Speaking Union National Shakespeare Competition. Not only has Mac been instrumental in honing her acting skills, but his exceptional dialect coaching also ensured her success in plays requiring a British accent.

Mac's ability to select remarkable monologues and his dedication to coaching her through various auditions have been invaluable. He possesses an innate understanding of her acting style, and his guidance has propelled her to deliver outstanding performances. Mac's presence in my daughter's theatrical journey has boosted her confidence and fostered her growth on stage. His support, dedication, and genuine care have been a driving force behind her achievements. I am truly thankful for his role in supporting my daughter's theatrical aspirations and self-assurance.

“Mac's support had been instrumental in shaping my son's growth as an actor.

From directing him as Schroeder in "Charlie Brown" to winning his school's Shakespeare competition twice, my son's achievements under Mac's coaching illustrates his expertise and dedication. Mac's ability to bring out the best in young actors is truly remarkable. His direction in a variety of plays showcased my son's talent and enriched his stage presence.

The fact that my son won his school's Shakespeare competition twice is a testament to Mac's exceptional coaching. Mac's insights into character development, performance nuances, and overall stagecraft have been pivotal in my son's success.”
